Movie Marathon

This week, some very off-routine activity was "Movie Marathon". I rarely let myself spend much time on TV, and movies, only when friends get together. This holiday I found myself long to watch different movies. Well, I started my movie marathon. From "The Tales of Despereaux"(I took Elaina along, such a sweet kid), "Marly & Me", "The curious case of Benjamin Button", "Revolution Road" to "seven pounds" and "Slumdog Millionaries", I doudt that I will go to see movies in the first half year. Each director presents his view and philosophy through film. The most impressed me was "seven pounds", which does not like other movies, trying to telling a story, but let you feel the actor's thinking, truly presenting audience with actor's life and plan slowly. Though that is a sad ending, you have to expreience it with actor.

The highlight of this weekend was that I had Elaina, an 8-year-old girl stayed at my place for couple days. It is the first time that I will take care of someone at that age more than a day. I found myself totally have no clue about kid's food, routine and her hobbies. quite a learning curve!
